Diplomatic regatta 2014

Esimit Sailing Team started its second part of the season with the Diplomatic regatta in Izola, Slovenia. 51 yachts participated at the race, which at this year’s 12th edition gathered 39 diplomatic mission based in Slovenia. Our crew had the honour to welcome on board Esimit Europa 2 the Ambassador of Germany Dr. Anna Elizabeth Prinz.

The race, which is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, offered a unique opportunity for Esimit Europa 2 to promote its message of friendship and collaboration among different nations, which is at the same time also the main mission of this regatta.
